This post is in memory of Peter’s father, Keith Marshall.
Peter and Leanne met while working at Red Robin in Bellingham, WA. As some of you may know, I treat Red Robin as some people treat a coffee shop… I set up shop and edit photos there. In the many years I’ve been going to “The Bird” I have met several amazing people… Peter and Leanne are two of them. Leanne is now an English teacher in eastern Washington and Peter has sadly left the Bellingham Bird to be with her. Hopefully the two of them can find their way back to the west side so I can see them more often!
Their wedding was held at Peter’s grandparent’s amazing property in Bellingham. Peter and his siblings spent much of their childhood playing in the expansive backyard, which holds a lot of memories. It was an incredibly beautiful (and hot!) day… followed by a crazy windstorm that knocked over one of the tents!
Thanks to Peter and Leanne… I’ll miss you guys! Now that Peter is gone I’m going to have to find someone else to commiserate about Seattle sports teams with… 🙂
