  • Welcome to Rachel Bayne Photography…

I have loved photography since I was at least in the 3rd grade and got my first camera for my birthday that year. I took that little 210 film camera everywhere I went and have been capturing the world around me ever since. I love being a photographer. From weddings to families to senior portraits... it's all so much fun! If you have a question, click on the Contact button above. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I do. -Rachel Bayne

Josh and Melanie: June 28, 2008

What can I say about Josh and Melanie? They are one of my favorite couples I’ve ever photographed. Every time we’ve gotten together for a photo shoot I’ve had a blast and come away with amazing photos. The first two photos are from their “save the date” and engagement sessions. Melanie is a scrapbooking rock star and her skills were seen all over their ceremony and reception. Josh is such a super fun guy despite being a UW Huskie! Their reception was held at the super cool and beautiful Antheia Ballroom in the town of Snohomish and was decorated beautifully with the help of Melanie’s decorations that were put up by family and friends. Big thanks to Josh and Melanie for letting me be a part of their life!

Mike and Amy: May 31, 2008

Mike and Amy had such a cool wedding at the Semiahmoo Resort! Guests came from Europe, Asia, Canada and the United States. Amy wore a traditional american wedding gown for the ceremony then changed into a traditional Asian red wedding dress for the reception. The couple played Asian wedding games with their guests. This Canadian/American couple were all smiles throughout the entire day!

Shayna and Bobby: May 10, 2008

Super cute couple Shayna and Bobby were married at the Deming Log Show grounds east of Bellingham, Washington. Rain again plagued the ceremony but wrapped up just in time before completely soaking the guests. There were many great toasts but the best was by Bobby’s brother and best man Ryder who was so emotional he couldn’t finish his toast. He did finally finish once every else was done.

Jason and Tina: Engagement Session

What a fun couple. Jason proclaims to be a serious guy, but he was a lot of fun and goofy at times during his and Tina’s engagement session at Marine Park in Fairhaven, Washington. I can’t wait for their wedding on Sept. 6, 2008. Wing and a Prayer Floral, who I met April 26, 2008 at Carrie and Duane’s wedding at Semiahmoo, is dong their flowers. A couple like Jason and Tina make my job really easy.
